Where Quality Work Meets Genuine Relationships
We're a team that believes great results come from honest communication, lasting relationships, and taking pride in every detail.
We Are Premier General Contracting
At Premier General Contracting, we believe the construction experience should be just as rewarding as the finished result. That's why we combine skilled professionals, clear communication, and a relationship-first approach to every project we take on.
Our Story
Founded in 2019, Premier General Contracting was built on a simple principle: deliver exceptional craftsmanship, quality materials, and honest value for every customer. What began as Zavala Roofing & Restoration quickly grew through our commitment to doing the job right.
Over the years, we expanded our services to include siding, gutters, framing, drywall, insurance restoration work, and large-scale remodeling projects. As our capabilities and vision continued to grow, so did the need for a company that better reflected the full scope of what we provide.
Today, we are proud to operate as Premier General Contracting—a full-service construction company serving residential and commercial clients in the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina. From custom homes and additions to renovations, restorations, and upfits, we bring the same dedication to quality, reliability, and fair pricing that has defined our work from the beginning.
As we continue to grow, our mission remains unchanged: to build lasting relationships through exceptional workmanship and dependable service. Whether you're planning a new construction project, transforming an existing space, or recovering from unexpected damage, our team is ready to help bring your vision to life.
